Abstract
The growth of the sharia economy in the last decade has shown significant development in line with increasing public awareness of halal products and services. This development emphasizes the importance of networking and collaboration as the main strategy in increasing the competitiveness of shariah entrepreneurship. This research aims to analyze the role, urgency, legal basis, and relevant forms of networking and collaboration in the development of sharia entrepreneurship. The research method uses a library research approach by collecting literature for the 2020–2025 period which includes books, journals, and official reports. The results of the study show that networking in Islam not only functions as a means of expanding business relationships, but also as an implementation of the values of ukhuwah, amanah, ta'awun, and the formation of faith-based social capital. Collaboration through sharia contracts such as musyarakah, mudharabah, and shirkah has been proven to strengthen resource integration, increase efficiency, and ensure business sustainability according to sharia principles. In addition to having a spiritual dimension, networking and collaboration also have strategic urgency in building halal value chains, expanding access to sharia financing, and encouraging the economic empowerment of the people. The legal basis of the Qur'an, Hadith, jurisprudence, DSN-MUI fatwa, and national regulations strengthens the legitimacy of both in sharia business practices. This research emphasizes that networking and collaboration are fundamental pillars for the success of shariah entrepreneurship and strengthening a sustainable halal industry ecosystem.
