Guru Kompeten, Pembelajaran Efektif: Hubungan Kompetensi Pedagogik dengan Efektivitas Pembelajaran PAI

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI dan efektivitas proses pembelajaran di MTs Syaichona Cholil Balikpapan. Kompetensi pedagogik merupakan faktor fundamental yang mempengaruhi kualitas pembelajaran, namun penelitian kuantitatif yang menguji hubungan ini secara spesifik dalam konteks PAI di madrasah masih terbatas. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Responden penelitian berjumlah 30 siswa kelas IX yang dipilih secara purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket skala Likert dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS dengan uji validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, korelasi Pearson, dan regresi linear sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen penelitian valid dan reliabel. Uji normalitas menunjukkan data berdistribusi normal (p=0,200). Uji korelasi Pearson menghasilkan r=0,598 dengan signifikansi 0,000, menunjukkan hubungan positif yang cukup kuat dan signifikan. Uji regresi linear sederhana menghasilkan R²=0,357 dengan signifikansi 0,000, yang berarti kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI berkontribusi 35,7% terhadap efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Dengan demikian, semakin optimal kompetensi pedagogik guru, semakin tinggi efektivitas proses pembelajaran. Penelitian ini memberikan implikasi praktis bagi pengembangan profesional guru dan peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di madrasah.
