Abstract
Perkembangan teknologi digital membentuk pola belajar baru pada siswa Generasi Alpha yang sejak dini akrab dengan perangkat digital. Di samping memberikan kemudahan akses informasi dan pengalaman belajar interaktif, kondisi ini juga memunculkan distraksi digital yang berpotensi menurunkan konsentrasi belajar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis bentuk distraksi digital, faktor penyebab, serta dampaknya terhadap konsentrasi belajar siswa Generasi Alpha melalui kajian literatur. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode library research. Data diperoleh dari artikel jurnal nasional dan internasional serta publikasi ilmiah yang relevan dan dianalisis menggunakan content analysis melalui tahap reduksi data, kategorisasi, interpretasi, dan sintesis. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa distraksi digital terutama muncul dalam bentuk media multitasking, notifikasi digital, konsumsi konten berbasis algoritma, dan perpindahan perhatian selama pembelajaran. Faktor penyebab utamanya meliputi tingginya intensitas penggunaan teknologi, karakteristik platform digital, dan rendahnya kemampuan regulasi diri siswa. Temuan ini menegaskan perlunya strategi pedagogis adaptif yang mengintegrasikan literasi digital dan penguatan regulasi diri agar teknologi dapat dimanfaatkan secara optimal tanpa mengurangi kualitas konsentrasi belajar.
