Abstract
Kepemimpinan pendidikan merupakan faktor penting dalam menciptakan budaya sekolah yang kondusif dan meningkatkan disiplin siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis bagaimana kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang efektif berkontribusi dalam membangun budaya disiplin di lingkungan sekolah. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan desain studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara mendalam, dan dokumentasi yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, guru, wali kelas, dan siswa sebagai informan penelitian. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldaña yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan keabsahan data dijaga melalui triangulasi sumber, triangulasi teknik, dan member checking. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan kepala sekolah yang berorientasi pada keteladanan, komunikasi yang efektif, kolaborasi dengan guru, serta pembinaan karakter mampu meningkatkan kesadaran siswa dalam mematuhi tata tertib sekolah. Selain itu, keterlibatan orang tua dan penciptaan iklim sekolah yang positif turut memperkuat budaya disiplin yang berkelanjutan. Dengan demikian, kepemimpinan pendidikan yang efektif menjadi fondasi penting dalam membangun lingkungan belajar yang tertib, berkarakter, dan mendukung peningkatan mutu pendidikan.
