Analisis Kebiasaan Belajar Digital Siswa dan Implikasinya terhadap Fokus Pembelajaran

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital telah mengubah kebiasaan belajar siswa dalam memperoleh informasi dan memahami materi pembelajaran. Penggunaan perangkat digital seperti smartphone, laptop, dan media sosial memberikan kemudahan akses terhadap sumber belajar, tetapi juga berpotensi menurunkan fokus belajar siswa akibat distraksi yang berlebihan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kebiasaan belajar digital siswa serta implikasinya terhadap fokus pembelajaran. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui angket dan observasi. Subjek penelitian terdiri atas siswa sekolah menengah yang aktif menggunakan media digital dalam kegiatan belajar. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kebiasaan belajar digital memberikan dampak positif berupa kemudahan akses informasi, peningkatan fleksibilitas belajar, dan pemanfaatan media interaktif. Namun, intensitas penggunaan media sosial dan multitasking digital yang tinggi dapat menurunkan konsentrasi serta fokus siswa selama proses pembelajaran berlangsung. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan pengawasan, pengelolaan waktu, dan pemanfaatan teknologi secara bijak agar penggunaan media digital dapat mendukung efektivitas pembelajaran secara optimal.
